The room was very warm, I even had to open the windows, although it was cold outside. Free parking. Mini fridge in the room.

The house is very nice on the outskirts of the city. Large living room and dining room with bathroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and bathroom on the second. We had a nice evening, and the host was kind enough to wait for us an hour before we left.
