Enormous space, coffee, croissant in the room. The owner also helped us with boiling some eggs on request. She is a very kind host. Very clean, modern, and quiet, beautiful location. Totally worth the money we paid.

I'm not sure I ended up staying at the Reteganu Apartment - though the picture above looks very like it. The (remarkably friendly) host mentioned that the apartment I had originally booked was - unfortunately - no longer available, but he put me up in another place he owned. This place was small, comfortable enough and very, very clean; yes, there was a little finishing off still needed, but for one or two people it was very suitable. To my surprise, the owner even came to the train station to collect me, checked up that I had managed to settle in and gave me a lift back to the station at the end of my stay. I was more than happy.

The hosts, Alexandrina and Eugen, are such a sweet couple and really were amazing during my stay, I felt properly spoilt! The accommodation is great also, clean & comfortable bed, a lovely shower (particularly appreciated when you have long thick hair and have been camping the days prior!) and secure off-road parking. They're welcoming to bikers and were super accommodating when I booked & messaged only an hour prior to turning up! Would have loved to stay longer, and hope to visit again if I make it back to Romania some day.
