Accommodation in Rausor

The location is excellent for a hike to Retezat mountain. You can reserve the entire place (9 persons) and have a great time for good value of money. The place was clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. Strongly recommend!

Much space, nice terrace, great equipment (oven, dish washer, washing machine…)

The location was great it's situated 5 minutes from the ski resort and near the beginning of the hiking trail to Retezat Peak. Staff were very kind with us, always asking how are we feeling and we highly recommend their food. After meals they always ask each customer how was their meal. We came mainly for remote work and both Wifi and 4G Signal were good (we have Vodafone provider, although I heard that Orange connection could be bad). Wifi signal works in the terrace outside. Overall great experience and highly recommend the cabin.

The place is really clean and comfy, has everything you need, kitchen and all. It is at a good location, close to the road, but it was quiet. The host was really nice too. Would 100% recommend!

The place is really beautiful and cozy , is close to almost all the important places in Retezat , you have all the amenities and the hosts are very nice and helpful people , they really inform and help you with anything. If you like to hike and enjoy time in the mountains and than to relax with all the cooking , shower amenities than this is the perfect place for you .

The property is very clean! The location is wow, hot water at discretion and the innkeeper (Nea' Dorin C.) maintains the fires in the stoves for heat! He supplies wood every 30 min. And if you don’t.t have something, he will help you! For example, my friends and I didn't have fresh bread and eggs, he got these products for us from his home! The rooms are super spacious and you also have a dining room where it is very warm and roomy! We thank to Nea’ Dorin) for the super pleasant experience he offered us! The cottage is in the Retezat National Park, 5 minutes from the Lolaia waterfall! Outside you have a garden and a bbq! I will return with great pleasure to this location, especially due to the good behavior and respect for Nea’ Dorin, our five-star innkeeper! PS: Be careful! Dorin is a good chess player!
