Good location near the lake. Good modern facilities with restaurant and gym. Restaurant was closed on the day we booked but a free cold buffet was provided which was much appreciated. Karin in reception was very helpful and friendly . Large car park

The staff is extremely kind and available, every need is always taken care of even outside reception hours (towels and toiletry are always available at the front desk) The breakfast offers a lot of options and it is continuously refilled during the breakfast time window.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was really clean, both the rooms, reception and elevators. Nice surroundings outside, perfect for children.

Location was superb, the house was very cosy and clean, spacious, the hosue had a nice energy, the views from the windows were all very pretty, surrounded by nature, walks, lots of quaint red traditional timber houses in Västra Tunhem. Close enough to amenities, mountains and towns and beaches (frozen this time of year). Beds made up on arrival, towels available. The beds were really comfortable. Kajsa (host) was super helpful and accommodating and quick with replies. We had a great stay and hope to come back again! Highly recommend this holiday rental.
