Helpful owner, nice accomodation

I was really pleased by the owner's kindness and the quality of the apartment. All clean and tidy. There is enough parking for everybody. The city center is 10 minutes away from the apartment and city parking costs only 1.5 per hour. I guess it's the best deal I had for the price it cost. Will be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is excellent and very easy to reach, even with a large vehicle — we had no issues getting there at all. There is a spacious parking area, which made everything very convenient. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a large and well-kept yard that creates a relaxing and приятная атмосфера. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a perfect weekend getaway — it truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful place to unwind!

Our stay was amazing! The house has everything you could need and more. It was very clean and the hosts were helpful and nice. The location is near Maribor and also the river, which is a great place for many activities. We will definitely come back when we go to Maribor!

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, with a practical layout: a kitchen/living area, a separate bedroom and a very clean bathroom. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed, including a large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, juice and chocolates — such a lovely touch! The property is pet-friendly, with an additional fee of €10 per dog per stay. Everything was well thought out and made our stay very comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

Apartment is big enough for family, two independent bedrooms and nice living room with kitchen, ground floor (it’s actually full house not an apartment) directly to the garden, wide garden where the kids can play and private covered parking, Host is wonderful and very helpful and was nice to talk to, she lives next door in the main house (separate one) and always there for help, location is amazing in Pohorje, calm area and in the same time few minutes away from Maribor center or the mountain. We enjoyed the stay and for sure will visit again.

The hosts were very kind, flexible, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of parking space. The accommodation is very close to the center of Maribor, and it’s even more convenient to reach it on foot or by bike than by car.

The place was exactly what we looked for - private, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful location and surroundings. The place has everything you need and a big plus is the AC that made it even more comfortable during warm days. The owner was also super friendly and available. The ice tea and sweets were also a nice little touch We will be back definitely. Thank you!

I recommend it. Nice, modern, clean, and spacious. The apartment is on the top floor of the building with a fantastic view. The terrace is the cherry on top. It was especially convenient that the apartment is fully equipped. And what I personally really liked is the self check-in and being able to park my car in the garage.

Great location, nice and clean rooms, huge parking area and tasty breakfast. You can also get to the city center by using a public transport, bus stop is nearby the hotel.
