Amazing location, quiet surroundings, amazing food cooked by the host

Very nice and helpful stuff, great breakfast, very clean room, food in a restaurant downstairs perfect, wi-fi very good, tv also working, parking enought space (I travel with a wan,) pet friendly- I travel with 2 dogs (a labrador retriever and a standard poodle), additional payment for dogs, I was informed in advance, I agreed to it. Nice big bed.

Great apartment and incredible restaurant

The Villa was immaculate, very well renovated and situated centrally in the beautiful village of Smartno. We were greeted by the hosts with a bottle of wine.

Beautiful location in the heart of the wine region. The apartment was spotless and the facilities excellent. The host was most helpful and gave us great advice on places to eat and drink and hikes. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Close to entrance of Šmartno, the superior apartment is spacious and has a functional kitchen, and a comfortable sleep for 2. Lovely views, with double glazed shuttered windows. Our host was very friendly and the breakfast served about 200m away in their communal breakfast room. Nice selection of cheese, cold meats & boiled eggs, cereals and machine coffee.

Beautiful setting, really close to Smartno and Dovrovo. Eating my meals on the terrace, in front of rolling vineyards was amazing experience. I really appreciated the little extra touches: the host was waiting at the bus stop to greet me and provided some delicious home-grown tomatoes. The house is really well equipped with supplies like tea and coffee, maps of the area, even something for zapping insects. Beds probably the most comfortable I have had in a really long time, everything clean and modern. I felt a real sense of freedom having the whole house to myself. Host communicated really well and even provided advice about catching the right bus on the day of my check-out. I had a wonderful time. P.S. It is possible to do a day trip to Gorizia (Italian) from the property, even on public transport, without any problems.

We stayed in the standard unit. The unit consisted of a good sized bedroom, a large bathroom and a kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen was compact but had all you needed for two people with a 2 burner induction stove, an underneath fridge, a full sized dishwasher and a nespresso. The supplied breakfast was fantastic and our hostess very friendly and helpful. Outside the unit was a shared terrace with a lovely view over the valley, and the building was in the centre of Smartno so a perfect position. It was very quiet. I would recommend it

Climate in the two biggest rooms, big kitchen, quite house and surroundings, nice view from the second floor on the landscape, gas station and supermarket close by

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the view during breakfast was absolutely stunning. The breakfast itself was delicious and made every morning special. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We truly felt at home and will definitely come back again!

We loved the accommodation, the location, really friendly staff and quality home made food. The breakfast was kicker, way above and beyond our expectations. The whole place felt homey and cosy, and the rooms were clean and cute as well as well furnished.
