Location is a bit further out but with a large fully equipped kitchen and a lovely restaurant within walking distance didn’t miss anything at all. Highlight was staying in bed and just enjoying the view of the beautiful water. Lovely getaway that I would love to return to! Hosts communicated well and were very helpful. Definitely recommend!

GermanyI had such a great stay at this hotel! The pool area was amazing – perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and meeting other guests. The whole vibe felt a bit like a hostel in the best possible way: social, friendly, and full of good energy, but with the comfort of a hotel.
It was really easy to connect with people, and I felt welcome from the very beginning. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

We loved our condo, was great with beautiful views. Charles the concierge was super nice
and gave us many recommendations . Easy access by car to all places on the island and great grocery store 5 minutes away. Only regret was that our stay was too short.

Appartment was as described, clean, spacious (!) and beautiful view. Loved the pool and the window in the shower!
Charles, the concierge, is the finishing touch and for me the ultimate reason why this appartment stands out compared to similar accomodations. He really makes sure that you feel at home and tends to your well being. Especially when travelling alone, it is good to have somebody to fall back on, giving you tips on what to do/where to go where you otherwise would never had thought off.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The view was stunning and everything was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. The pictures of the property are spot on. Very clean, super modern and just a beautiful accommodation. The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The pool area is beautiful and we mostly had it all to ourselves when we did use it. Highly recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.

I would most definitely return to this place when back in st maarten, place had pretty much everything I needed, We had the best vacation we’ve ever had . The views were amazing, the parnoramic bedroom is unique. The pool over the sea is hudge . that gated community is safe and quiet.

It is a pleasure to stay in these apartments. The apartments are luxurious, spacy and on a perfect location. Wherever you are in the apartment, the kitchen, the livingroom, the bedroom and even in the bathroom, the view is always perfect. You have a wonderful view on the Caraïben see and the sound of the see is soothing. Everything you need is available in the apartment.
The swimming pool is so wonderful and also from there the view is outstanding.
We are very glad that we booked.
These apartments deserve a 5 star label.
