Accommodation in Ko Lipe

I really liked the garden view room for price, but upgraded to a sea view. It cost a lot more but I really liked it for a short term. Beach was great. Maybe food menu little limited but was told it was low season ,so thought was well worth it ,not having large amounts of people

The resort is at the quiet end of Pattaya beach, but within easy walking distance, along the beach, to walking street. The outdoor bathroom was beautiful, look out for the mosquitos though. The decor is beautiful throughout the resort, there are a couple of hammocks and plenty of beach beds. There is a massage hut onsite which is competitively priced. Didn't find cheaper. The food was delicious, both Thai + European offerings. There is a sign saying 'welcome to paradise'. They weren't wrong. The staff were so friendly and accommodating too. Loved it from start to finish.

The location, the room, the restaurant and the staff. Away from the real hussle but close enough to join in when wanted. The local fisherman on the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. Koi, Big, Pond made our stay one to remember. We will be back :)

WOW! This was beautiful! We booked very late (5 days before arrival) and got a beutiful appertement with a fair price. The appartement was not that close to the beach (10min walk, because the resort is very large) but up on the hill in our appartement we had a beautiful view over the sea. The stuff was friendly & helpful, the appartement very clean and the whole resort very well organized. We absolutely can recommend Sita Beach Resort!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better — we stepped straight off the boat from Langkawi and were just a few steps away. It was just as convenient when we left for Phi Phi, with the ferry pickup point right outside. Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We stayed in a cute little private bungalow that was quiet and relaxing. The bed was absolutely massive — easily a California king — which made for super comfortable lounging and sleeping. On top of all that, the staff were so lovely and friendly — they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.

The room was amazing, very nicely furnished, stunning view from the balcony. Good snorkeling just down the beach. Staff always nice and helpful.

The location on Sunrise Beach is perfect for beach walks, swimming, snorkelling, and for quieter style beach bars/ restaurants

Lounging in the beanbags on the deck!!! Super friendly, laid back family run, traditional style. We opted for one of the 2 level bungalows for 5 nights during Xmas and it was perfect! Our 4 year old girl felt very safe around the grounds and loved the calm swimming directly in front. The ladies who run the massage hut at the front were also great.

Very center location and very clean rooms. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful guy. Very nice room and comfortable beds.

Great location on a quieter part of the beach. Access to the beach is excellent. Breakfast is sufficient. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant with an affordable and diverse menu. There is also a small kiosk where you can buy snacks and drinks. The hotel is close to other bars and restaurants.

dogs and cats are too cute, staff was very nice and helpful, located not in the ‘centre’

Waking up to the beach every morning - was like a slice of heaven!

Everything! Friendly staff, the dorms were really nice for a hostel and we even asked if we could upgrade to a room which was also super nice!

Our stay at Irene was nothing short of perfect. The resort is located on the best beach of the island, and is so beautiful and new. The rooms are amazing, the staff quick and attentive and made sure at all times that we were taken care of. Loved also all the little details and comfort of the room and the possibility to have your breakfast there. We were staying for our honeymoon and the Irene staff made It super special for us.

Very nice staff and really cool housing. Was also no problem to ask if we could stay one more night the same day.

The View was Fantastic and the room concept was nice. We plan to comeback again.
