Great room, excellent koi pond, friendly staff, nice breakfast room, spacious car park, easy to get to beach front by car. The aircon was very good and refreshing after the heat outside.

Owners were really welcoming & flexible, great on WhatsApp. 2-storey hostel has modern contemporary interior decor, I was in a clean small 4-bunk dorm. There’s a spacious communal sitting room with sofa as well as tables & chairs. Well-equipped kitchen with free filtered hot & cold drinking water as well as self-serve coffee & tea. Main washroom area is on ground floor, with multiple showers & WCs, plus a stand-alone female-only showerroom & WC upstairs, which was appreciated. Well-fitted windows blocked out outside noise, but the area is pretty quiet even though it’s an easy walk to PKK train station, night food market & waterfront. They have bikes in good condition available to rent for THB50/day, as well as mopeds for THB250/day (Jan 2026).

The hotel is a lovely and quaint guesthouse. The rooms were big and spacious, clean and had air conditioning and WiFi. It's location is really good. A short walk to the train station, night market and beach and shops nearby. The two lovely ladies who run the place are really friendly and helpful. Really affordable and good price! I would happily stay here again if I was in the area!

Well I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this " seen better days " old hotel.I had a big room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. There was a cool breeze off the sea making temperatures pleasant and although I suppose it is a little run down having been here forever.. it made not a scrap of difference to my enjoyment of having a large space in an incredibly convenient location. Close to the Train Station, Weekend night market as well as the everyday Night market it was the perfect location to wander round Prachuap Khiri Khan. The evening view of the jetty lit up was lovely and I will definitely stay here again. Excellent value at around 20 aud per night for a double room.

Very comfortable room in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even drove me to the station at midnight so I could catch the night train.
