At the beginning, the room had several issues and the air conditioning was very poor. I spoke with the reception staff, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. However, in the evening I spoke with Mr. Atilla, who was very kind and professional. He handled the situation excellently, changed my room, and upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a wonderful view. I sincerely thank him. He completely changed my impression of the stay and made my experience much better.
