compared to othere hotels it was a good and the service it was allright and the location was very good because it was near the shopping malls

Great hotel, everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea. Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience

The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

Super spacious corner room and nice breakfast room.

Friendly staff, good location. Hotel owner/manager helped me organise a bus to Iraqi Kurdistan and also helped me exchange currency at a very good rate.

Anna da çok yardımcıydı; neye ihtiyacınız olursa olsun kendisinden destek isteyebilirsiniz ve sorununuzu anında çözüyor. Biz burada 9 gün konakladık ve kendi deneyimimize dayanarak bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Gerçekten insanın kendini evinde gibi hissettiği sıcak ve samimi bir ortamı var.

The staff were very kind and helpful, specially at the desk front. New and modern hotel. The location is absolutely convenient and close to Main street.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.
