Accommodation in Hsinchu City

The facilities & room were amazing. We were in a family room, it was spacious for my family of four. My kids 8&10 had room to play and it was extremely safe for them to independently roam around and play in the hotel facilities. The price is also extremely fair and I really enjoyed our stay.

The location was really good with ample of good food opportunities. Just 1 minute away from the train station.

The two women at the reception were kind and cute.The air conditioner was working and it was comfortable. thank you.

Bus 73 stop right outside of the hotel entrance. Walkable to Lakeshore Hotel and Green Grass Lake. Breakfast was buffet style.

The staff speak English and are helpful and accomodating. The location is close to the main station, which makes it easy for travelers to go aroubd Hsinchu. The room is spacious and full of amenities, and is well-maintained. The bathroom is large as well and with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

A Heartfelt Thank You to THE HO HOTEL 💖 I stayed at THE HO HOTEL in Hsinchu with my mother in June 2025. The hotel was already impressive with its warm hospitality, clean and spacious room, and easy access for wheelchair users. But what truly set them apart was the way they handled a small accident that could have become a big loss. After we checked out and continued our trip, I received an email from the hotel informing me that their housekeeping team had found a Buddha amulet necklace left in our room. It was a very personal and sentimental item that belonged to my mother—and honestly, we hadn’t even realized it was missing yet. Their message came with a clear photo of the necklace, and they kindly asked whether it was ours and how we’d like them to proceed. I was genuinely touched—not only by their honesty and care, but also by the fact that they took the time to contact me so promptly and respectfully. This is more than just good service. It’s a reflection of integrity and genuine care for their guests. I truly appreciate the staff, especially housekeeping and the front desk team, for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. The staff were very kind and helpful to tackle the issue I reported to them! They upgraded my room with a bath which made me felt really being respected by them!

We like the single beds arrangement in the rooms despite it's quadruple. We enjoyed the rooftop area and the common area that comes with complete kitchen facilities, water dispenser and an indoor sofa lounge. There's also an outdoor area where you get the city view. There's also a bath tub in the bathroom. Really a good value room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, such a wonderful people. Breakfast included in the price. The location is in walkingdistance of the most interesting places to visit (in my oponion). Can't recommend them enough.
