United StatesExcellent communication, excellent staff understanding and assistance, gorgeous historic facility (Qing dynasty-era courtyard building, fully restored with care), all the basic necessities (shampoo, body soap, house slippers, linens, etc) provided in the room, along with free wifi and a TV in the room. My room was tiny, but for one person seeking to discover a new place, it was perfect. I love how they turned part of the original room into the divided-off washroom (wet room, which was great). Bed was quite firm, akin to a yoga block, but comfortable. Room was very clean, as was the entire facility. A fridge / freezer and electric kettle are available for guest usage in the room where one checks in. The area in which the property is situated in calm, and near enough to walk to some restaurants and supermarkets. I was able to take advantage of their moto-rental service (driving licence + international licence required). Staff are, again, excellent, professional, helpful, kind. Highly recommended.

Property owner came to pick me up from airport. We establish communication with each other way advance. Hospitality with them was extremely pleasant. I was guided daily for itinerary as ilthis was my first time. Jason and Mandy were extremely friendly and helpful. They made my trip there super memorable. Will definitely stay again.
Worth to mention, I am very hearten that Mandy reminded me to bring my jacket when the weather turns cold. Their care and concern for the guests was over and beyond what I have expected.

The host Kevin helped us plan our arrival and logistics even before we set our feet on Taiwan. Super helpful hosts, a beautiful & simple accommodation in a quieter village with pretty houses and tranquility. It’s 12min with a scooter to Jingcheng so all you need is very close by.

One of the best and clean Airbnb type accommodation I have stayed in. It has all the necessity available for you. And owner used most of the “higher end quality” products in their home. Would recommend to everyone.
