The hotel was new, clean and comfortable and hotel staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was really great. It was like a European breakfast. You can find everything you need.

We traveled from Germany and rented a car so it was important for us to have parking space. We had plenty of parking and we also loved the location plus close by to the police station making it a safe place to stay. The Ballantyne. neighborhood is GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and the cleaning ladies were also super nice and did a great job maintaining the building. Everytime I was down to do some computer work on the first level, they were always cleaning - very hard working people and I love seeing their dedication to this hard work. They deserve an extra bonus! ;) The food was amazing and tasted very good! We were happy with out breakfast!!

Location, couple of good restaurants in area, comfortable bed.

Staff on my first day went above and beyond. Didn’t have much interaction during my stay due to work. The manager on my last day was just as great as she was on my first day.

The guy at reception was extremely helpful

1. The location was perfect. 2. Place has a good kitchen and dining table. 3. Every living room and bedroom had a smart TV good. 4. Bed was very comportable and had few good sleep. 5. this place has two more. sofa bed available. 6. The property parking lot was spacious. we parked 3 cars.

Location is great and staff are very corresponsive

Everything was perfect, we got a code instead of a key which was excellent because our flight was delayed, the apartment equipment as well as location were great, we felt at home.
