Some of the previous reviews for the Coach House Inn on Bookings.com do not reflect the condition of the property or the people running it. Refurbished - The room we stayed in had recently been refurbished. The bathroom had recently been tiled, re-plastered (dirt wall) and painted. Clean -whilst some of the fixtures had been reused the room was clean and there were NO bugs. Facilities -clean microwave, fridge and towels, toiletries, hairdryer, TV Staff -welcoming and friendly. Location - there is a restaurant nearby and a convenience store in the petrol station. We walked into the town giving us a chance to look at the turn of the century houses. The area is very safe to walk around day or night.

After booking for a month prior my reservation was canceled due to over booking. No warning, no phone call, no emails and we did not have a room.
