Accommodation in Gallup

I really liked the hotel. Fresh bed, interesting bathroom, pleasant staff. If I'm passing by, I'll stay there.

I loved our stay at El Rancho, such a cool vibe in the hotel hall, and the room was pretty big and nice as well. We stayed in the main building (not the motel), and it was perfect for our 1 night stay, we'd have liked to stay more. The restaurant was not exceptional but still good.

Travis, the young man who checked us in was exceptional He greeted us with a smile, had our reservation ready, and was so kind. He is a definite credit to the hotel! We hope to see him on our return.

A place worth staying for one night. Quite a big room. Clean.

The service attitude is very good

Big thankyou to the staff member , sorry didn’t get your name (man) hippy looking guy. You was awesome and you really made us feel welcome. Great man so.

It was very clean, good and quite position and very friendly staff.

The breakfast in the morning, the front office staff. The mattress you need to tell me what brand it was.

Friendly staff, good size room, comfy bed, Good breakfast, nice indoor pool

Very clean, comfortable bed. Has been upgraded.

Breakfast was delicious and nobody entered in my room during the night. Recommended👍

Very attractive, large, well appointed clean room. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The location was perfect 👍 loves the coffee machine in the room. The indoor pool was great.

It was very very clean and lovely! It has been one of my favourites so far on my world trip. Great breakfast. Pretty bonsai garden. Felt safe and the toiletries were posh!

Very good location, got a ground floor room, as request. The lady at the check-in was very nice to me and patient when I accidentally locked myself out. Very good value for money.

It had everything we needed. Breakfast was particularly good but the two ladies on reception were the best ever.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff helpful and nice. Breakfast quite various with good quality ingredients (we would suggest a wider choice of plant-based milk, because allergy to oats is not uncommon, and / or vegan items).

A very good standard, big rooms, comfy beds. Food at the hotel was excellent.

The only thing that was ok was the value.

Basic but clean, comfortable and close to the interstate so great for travelling

I bed was comfortable and really happy pets are okay although the pet deposit is high.

We had a fantastic stay here. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms, the beds were cosy with proper blankets, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast is the best we've had at a budge motel (chocolate bread and warm eggs and potato on top of the usual fare!) We didn't have a problem with the location and felt safe and secure. The room had everything we could possibly need in it. Admittedly we're not looking for a pool and chandeliers in the lobby because... We're staying in a budget hotel!
