The Sheraton Grand Hotel offered a comfortable and convenient stay, with spacious and clean rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to the airport made it an excellent choice for travelers, and the well-equipped room facilities ensured a hassle-free experience. However, the stay could have been even better with complimentary or special-rate parking for guests, especially for Marriott Bonvoy members.

Hotel is ok, shuttle is an advantage

Hotel was good. Didn't use the vouchers. Our time frame was 19 hours ahead of local.

Location is accessible. Interior of the lobby looks elegant. Room with skyline view is nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating. Rooftop pool is so nice. I like the vibe.

I loved that it's located three minutes by foot to Little Tokyo. The view was amazing. I wasn't expecting to be gifted water bottles and cookies at 10pm to check-in so that was a nice surprise. And I also appreciated that there was a shower mat to step into the bath tub.

Very comfortable location, great value for the price and nice, clean facilities. Handy to have the cafè option for a nice breakfast! Great to explore little Tokyo, downtown Los Angeles and to catch the metro if moving by public transport.

The location was great. Sonia was attentive to all of my messages. The layout of the apartment was nice and spacious. The sliding doors were cool and provided a nice intimate level of privacy.

The location is perfect—right in the Arts District with great restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the building felt very secure. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to LA!
