The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I ask for a cot and was delivered to our room with a smile on her face. The best thing is we were not charged extra for the cot. This extra service was unexpected and very exceptional 👍

Quite a surprise. It's more than just a hotel or an apartment. It's like that room your best friend lends you when you come to visit, but without having to rely on the main house. The option to use the kitchen, however, is a real bonus. The balcony, the attention to detail... Great location, easy to walk around town. Plenty of nearby free street parking. The mini apartments are filled with brand new everything, to a high standard. This includes fans, which were helpful for the heat of an Alaskan summer. The host communications were clear and effective.

Phantastic!!! Singular in Seward. Really astounding place with outside Jakuzzi, we were overwhelmed!!! ( unfortunately two bad minus points that should be amended, see below), Gasgrill outside in good working condition.

The Host was lovely and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The shared kitchen was great and plenty of choice for breakfast. The rooms were big enough with the main room, having a lovely view of the sea and mountains. Despite the things we weren't so keen on, we would recommend this as a great place to stay for the Host, location and comfort.

Great if you want a change from a bland hotel. Homely suite with character. Plenty of space. Great location for the sealife centre. It's a 25 minute walk from the boat harbour, or a convenient free shuttle which operates from 10am and 7pm.
