The location to all the museums and places of interest. The history was a totally unexpected bonus. The colonial style was just perfect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back should be visit Vicksburg again.

A one of a kind experience! It's like a combination of a museum and an accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were greeted with wine and snacks. The breakfast was delicious and there's a free house tour afterwards which we absolutely recommend! And the mansion itself is just stunning. It was perfect for our one night stop on our roadtrip but we could have stayed longer for sure!
