The room is clean and big enough! The location of the hotel is perfect! Crowded old quarter zone a few steps away, very calm and safe to stay as it's closed to a military facility. The reception is open 24 hours. One big praise to Jerry, he helped us a lot during our stay, booking us the transfers and mostly to allow us to leave the bags with them here for 5 days (free of charge!!) while we were spending time in ha long bay and Cao Bang. Very recommended for a stay in Hanoi
