Stayed in the Cabin for a week and it was everything I could have wanted. Cozy fireplace in the lounge for the evenings, a bar outside for morning coffee while watching the monkeys, good quality bedding on a King sized bed, a well equipped kitchen. Communication is excellent, and Lyndsay even forwarded relevant events/deals as they came up. If I had the time I would have stayed longer, 10/10 recommend.

The hosts had put so much thought into every detail and were so kind to us. Each teepee had their own space in the communal kitchen, with board games, a themed message board and everything we could possibly need, including bug spray! The hosts were so kind, assisting us with customizing hiking routes for our interests, recommending restaurants based on our taste, and even spoiling us with a special hand-written message and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate us getting engaged there! Absolutely stunning views, ample space in the teepee, bathrooms and kitchen... wood, firefighters and matches provided, ready and waiting, and such friendly staff! I would stay there again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend giving this a try. Super unusual, and so brilliant!! Incredibly unique, romantic and just absolutely amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonferful experience,, Alex & Pierre 🙂

Arriving at Misty Oaks we were welcomed by sheep, horses, oak trees and a warm welcoming cottage. Two fireplaces keep you warm, days are filled with fishing, walking, relaxing on the sunny stoep. Property was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great weekend away. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is large but surprisingly cosy. I have stayed in Hogsback multiple times but this was by far my favourite accommodation.

Absolutely gorgeous accomodation. Multiple utensils in the kitchen. Wood loaded fireplace. Flowers, Sherry and Chocolates upon arrival. Amazing facilities. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Would recommend this accommodation to all travelling to Hogsback. Maple Grove should be a 5-Star accommodation.

We like The Edge, but I must say we were a little disappointed that the cottages we were allocated did not have views over the actual edge. I guess we did not read the smallprint of the adverts, but having stayed at the Edge before (many years ago) , we assumed all accommodation overlooked the actual edge.

Beautiful spacious accommodation, near the main stretch of shops. Beautiful gardens and interior that was really clean and comfortable - a real pleasure to stay in. Wish we'd stayed longer!
