Excellent location , quiet, safe and beautiful views.

Spacious room, with a great restaurant nearby (but only open during the day). Thank you for ensuring that the room was dust-free.

Everything about the Palms was perfect, so we'll maintained as a boutique hotel should be, the place was was super calm and tranquil and the staff were amazing. Breakfast choices and quality were perfect. Thank you Palms

the breakfast was scrumptious, the hostess was so kind and well-organised, the walks to the river and the garden surrounds were so peaceful. The room was so comfortable and the staff were really accommodating. I even took my Small Dog, and the establishment is very pet friendly! I will be going back!

It was an unplanned stay the weather was bad and we were unable to travel through however the spare of the moment decision to stay over and exceeded all our expectations

Everything about it. Very neat, feels very at home.

The host was incredible and truly went out of her way to accommodate us. She was flexible with our check-in requests, and although there were booking issues experienced on Booking.com, she promptly arranged alternative accommodation and ensured everything was sorted out timeously. My family and I were well taken care of throughout and we are extremely thankful for her kindness and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely book again and highly recommend 27 on Drew.

Location was great, center of Howick and quick to get anywhere. Great dealing with Mathew.

My stay at Heritage Haven was very enjoyable. Judy was a great host who made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The room was large, clean, and the wooden floors were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to work remotely without any issues. Additionally, there was safe parking for my car, and I could easily see it from the bedroom window, which gave me peace of mind. I particularly liked spending time on the patio, which was a great spot to sit and enjoy the garden view. This is a great bed and breakfast, and I look forward to coming back again.

Lovely home, great facilities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sian was a lovely hostess & made us feel very welcome!

What a little Gem of a place in the heart of Howick! Beautifully decorated and such a comfy environment! Padel lovers will feel right at home 😉 The hosts were so accommodating, check in was so easy. We have a wonderful short but sweet stay

Privacy was great. Had my own little garden to work from. Always had complementary water, teas and coffee. Able to access the secure gated premises independently.
