Accommodation in McGregor

Charming farm. Our accommodation was comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the barbecue area is excellent. There is a nice swimming pool on site. The owners are very friendly, we tasted their grappa😊. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature, birdsong and a calm environment

I loved the cosy cottage vibes. I felt like I was in "The Holiday" movie :) Perfect for a solo getaway. The cottage had everything one could need.

Excellent service from on site staff member who assisted me with my mobility difficulties. Location extremely convenient to the village restaurants. House well equipped with a wide variety of family necessities - I would recommend it highly for a family stay.

We really loved staying at the Laughing Dove. For us, it was perfect; it had everything we wanted, was really clean, and gave us privacy to really relax and enjoy the rest for a couple of days. The check in- and out was very easy and it is honestly a pleasure to stay at one of the villa’s. We regret not staying longer so we definitely come back some time :)

The location and hospitality of the owner

Stacey was very welcoming and looked after me so well. The breakfasts that she made were deliscious decorated with herbs from her own garden. She have me new dishes every morning. I felt very well minded and also safe. It was a lovely boutique B&B experience. The property had everything that I needed.

This small jewel provides unsurpassed family hospitality. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and the real crown is a most beautifully Eden-like garden with a pool. You will definitely relax here and be able to enjoy a quiet life.

Fabulous place to find peace. Very realaxing

House and host exceeded our expectations. Top quality in all aspects

Beautiful house. Quite and peaceful. Enjoyed the town.

A slice of Italy in South Africa. Decorated with style and lots of love. Appliances that work well. Loved the outdoor shower and the regular visits of the adorable cat. Thank you Manu for your warm welcome and lovely chats.

I loved descovering this beautiful historic town. The peace and quiet of Serenity was awesome. Beautiful maintained garden, sparkling pool to cool down. A true home away from home. Comfortable, everything and more you need. Gordon is a superhost, making sure we're happy and leaving a few extra touches that make you feel so welcome. No loadshedding!! A dishwasher and even a airfryer! Our doggy loved exploring the well enclosed garden space. A beautiful walk in the veld just around the corner from this home and a short walk into town for delicious coffee and meals! Gorden went more than the extra mile when we were delayed by traffic, and even made our reservation for dinner at the local restaurant. Just a beautiful home and host inside and out. Thank you, again Gordon.

Breakfast not included. Position great
