Accommodation in Midrand

Its clean and staff are very friendly

Everything except the shower issue and toilet

The hotel staff was exceptionally warm and kind, providing us with invaluable assistance throughout our stay. If your visit is business-related, the hotel's location is unbeatable, with its close proximity to the Gallagher Convention Centre. Moreover, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the exhibition center, and the driver was also very accommodating. What impressed us most was the hotel's exceptional safety measures. Situated in an already secure district of Johannesburg, the hotel features a gated area that restricts access from outsiders. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of both the breakfast and dinner services.

I will be going again during December holidays.

Adequate warm bedding, electric blanket for the cold nights, extended hours for blreakfast. Equipment for brewing tea/coffee made colds night manageable. The location was perfect. Several malls within walking distance. Huge parking space and well equipped spa.

Location was good... good and friendly staff.. Very polite and helpful. They have a great spa too.

Beautiful and clean and very welcoming.

The facilities were very well maintained

It was splendid accommodation but the parking was a problem

Great location, extensive gardens, very caring host.

The place is so convenient, close to all amenities. A walk to Mall of Africa. Very clean and cozy apartment.

The convenience because of the mall.

The environment and the location were convenient

Everything about the place was nice, the balcony..the enterior.. modern furniture and had the washing machine which was a plus as well.

It's always a good time here, great hostess and home surrounded by nature. Really peaceful

I liked that everything was so modern, so comfortable and everything was easily accessible. The host was friendly as well. Showed me around so that I don't struggle when I'm supposed to go out with my family. Her quick response made life easy for me.

Cleanliness and the comfort is exceptional

The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was treating me like a part of the family. Even though, it was very far from my home, it felt like home. Goodman (Manager of the hotel) went for the morning runs with me, the chef came to ask after every meal if I liked it - everybody made sure to exceed the standard of the previous day! Absolutely delightful - 100 percent coming back.

The apartment was very clean and the staff friendly.

Friendly host Lovely location

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Beautiful and exceptionally clean facilities, the perfect location and gorgeous views all around. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Kghalushi for assigning me a room with a gorgeous view. My stay here was literally perfect and I will most definitely be back. I 1000% recommend!

They gave us the biggest room near the the reception and the restaurant because my husband is disabled without charging us any extra fees.. they were or are very generous. All out for every extras in the whole hotel. Amazing what they do for one to feel comfortable!!!

The reception area was so welcoming, well decorated, not to mention the staff, well dressed, and always smiling.Took less than 3 minutes to check in and straight to my comfortable room. You order meal, takes a few minutes its ready for you.

Clean environment and delicious food Hospitality from the staff members

Staff were excellent, rooms very good

The room was very clean and the staff was exceptional.

I liked the variety at breakfast. Best was the salmon and capers. Food selection was great.

I appreciated the fact that they managed to prepare a meal for us though it was late.
