Everything was clean and neat, the room was compact but very cosy. The common spaces were very spacious. The bathroom was cleaned very regularly and they even had a Turkish hamam. It was also perfectly located (same building as an Ibis and a Novotel). The bed was quite soft (for those who like it).

Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

What’s not to like? Exceptionally helpful and professional staff. 3 restaurants (ate at 2 of them) & the food was superb!!!! Bed like my bed from home - exceedingly comfortable. It’s the little things like the welcome note & chocolates, last time I had that was at a very, very expensive hotel in the South of France.
