Everything was delightful and the staff (especially the young lady at reception) was as hospitable and efficient as one could wish. Just exceptional service.

A ski bus stops right outside. Beautiful hotel, great location, modern, very well designed, the staff was very kind and helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived very late due to heavy traffic as we were driving from far, and reception closes at 20:00 so we contacted them and they told us they will leave our key in a safe box, she made sure we had all the instructions and she was always willing to help and really kind. The room was big and pleasant, I loved the rituals toiletries! And the view was beautiful, the bed was also comfortable, and breakfast was excellent! They had a lot of choice and variety :) We only stayed 1 night as we needed a stop over, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we are hoping to go back sometime again :) thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality!

We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.
