From arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who couldn’t help us more if they tried! They were so accommodating and let us check in 1hr early. The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious and the speed of service was incredible and staff were attentive yet laid back all the time! The staff were fluent in English, French and Belgiun which was very helpful! We went for a walk from the hotel doorstep which was beautiful and a nice distance to walk as a family. We were super lucky to experience the snow fall too so as we wanted time to play with our daughter in the snow in the morning they kindly let us check out 1hr late also. We’d love to revisit if the opportunity came up!

Our host was very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast served at a time suggested by us was lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here, and we would definitely love to stay again in the future.
