The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is peaceful, and all the small details in the apartment made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality. I highly recommend Résidence Alissa to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely love to return!

All the building is new restored . Easy to pick up the keys following the instructions. We arrived in charleroi in a cold period, and in apartment was warm , with tea envelopes left by the owner. Good coffe machine, good shower with quality shampoo and shower gel. Per total a 10/10 propriety
