The rooms are spacious, clean wide balcony, good furniture. The Manager was very helpful, supported with pick and drop off. also helped connect with a good honest cub. Was also very supportive with locating some of the areas we did not know.

I had a great stay at Kangaroo Hotel. The bed was very comfortable with a big mosquito net, the WiFi was good, and buffet breakfast was nice and big, and I had lots of hot water for showers. Nicky at reception spoke very good English and was really helpful. The location is just a two minute walk from the main market, which is fun to visit. There are lots of taxis nearby to take you around Bujumbura. Highly recommend!

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well, the bathroom was perfectly adequate, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is simple but very tasty, freshly prepared on demand. What truly made my stay extraordinary was Aliou, a young receptionist whose attitude and professionalism were on the level of a general manager. He went above and beyond his duties, showing me real life in Bujumbura and sharing insights into the history, political situation, and local customs.
