The place is brand new and high quality. It is extremely clean, has great hot water pressure and a great bathroom,, good bed, beautiful view from the balcony. It's near picknpay, food vendors were just outside the building, of the 3 times we were there and offered excellent food and very good prices. The pool is unbelievable. It's huge, clean, and I can honestly say it's the best pool I've ever been in for an apartment building, what a view!

We liked it, awesome homestay. Very good location just opposite the Mulu Airport. Lovely owner, good services, very helpful. She cook very well, we enjoy the food just like fried paku pakis and curry pumpkin which is very tasty. We also had some really great chat times.

This is a wonderful hotel on the slopes of Mount Kinabulu in a modern building with all the necessary facilities and wonderful staff who did all they could to make my stay present. It appears that great care has been taken in the choice of fixtures and fitings and all was in a simple modern style except for the reception area which was a riot of colour. Those who appreciate good food told me that the restaurant was excellent. The hotel has a good garden, wonderful plants in containers and its own slice of secondary rain forest.

The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.
