The pool and garden are excellent, super beautiful! The staff is friendly and sympathetic to guests, helping in all needs. The hotel is super close to the beach as well, that’s definitely a plus.

Like many people I was skeptical about the 5 star rating on google and booking. It is very very rare, and you would at least get some complaints on expensive pricing etc. In summary 5 stars. The value you get for what you pay is more than reasonable, it is a small boutique style hotel/pousada but it operates at 5/6 star hotel quality on details and service. Breakfast, bathroom details, aircon, fan, windows, building and furniture quality, ambience music, calm staff, amazing breakfast, very reliable. The owner Villi and Lillian put there hearts into building and managing this accommodation. Highly recommend, would come back and wish them all the success. They found a niche and did everything better than their competitors in the market.

Xainã Pousada de Charme in Cumbuco provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a garden. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. What a wonderful place to stay! The pousada is perfectly located, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and also very close to the main square. The garden is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, full of lovely flowers, and with a great swimming pool where you can really relax. The breakfast is delicious with a wide selection, so there is something for everyone. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. Overall, a fantastic pousada where location, tranquility, comfort, and great service come together perfectly. We would definitely love to come back!

We chose a bedroom with ocean view but when we arrived, we noticed the balcony door was not locking. promptly, the staff upgraded us to the best room in the hotel, also with an ocean view, but much larger and with an amazing hot tub. It's my second time staying at Villa Coqueiros and I'd definitely go back.
