With an outdoor pool and gym, Del Mar Hotel has a partnership with Lótus Day Spa that offers massage treatments. It features a tour desk, free Wi-Fi and a restaurant. Breakfast was good. Hotel location it’s very good, however I wouldn’t recommend the beach in front of hotel; drive to a more safe beach.

The best spot on the wonderful beach of Atalaia! Jatobá Praia Hotel is located in front of the sea on Atalaia beach on the crab walkway and has an outdoor pool with sea front view. We arrived in Aracaju at the end of Brazilian summer season. The hotel was still very alive with guests. We were given a lovely upgrade from a normal bedroom to their presidential suite, which had a private jacuzzi, a very spacious bathroom, 2 balconies overlooking the sea AND a very cosy bed. We of course used the jacuzzi after going on a nice run along the sea line to help our feet relax. I felt like a proper princess. The staff was super friendly - the breakfast team always made sure we were satisfied with the food available, and even though usually they do not serve mangoes, upon learning about my husband's love for fresh mangoes they managed to find one for him. It was just Brazilian hospitality at its best. The reception staff was also very friendly and discrete - they would of course give you all the information you wanted but were not pushy at all to try to sell tours around the state or the city. We were always greeted with bright honest smiles. The hotel is located in front of the sea, and yu can walk either towards town and enjoy the many restaurants and bars located at the main street, or towards the outside of the city if you just fancy a flat, well light, clean walk.
