Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely helpful staff especially thanks to Emanuel who helped us alot and very nice elegant hotel. We enjoyed our stay with a nice view and hotel is really located in the center.

The bed was very comfortable. The apartment and the neighborhood were quiet, even though it's very close to family attractions and a 15-minute walk from Niagara Falls. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was served to the room. The hotel has a parking lot, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it!
