Very pleasent an helpfull hostess and family. I had broken my ankle, and the hostess an family was extremely helpfull, buying crutches and other stuff. I will surely come back to this place again if I ever visit Villarrica again. Very recommendable hostel!

Really nice cabins and very friendly staff! Whe stayed here one night during our roadtrip heading North and used it as a base to explore vulcanic grounds surrounding crater navidad. Everything was available and clean. Really liked having breakfast at the veranda.
