The host was amazing. He made us feel comfortable right away! He gave us recommendations for dinner and it was so good. We used luggage storage while hiking away from the property for 3 days and felt it was secure and safe the entire time. Breakfast offering were immense even if you didn't want to cook anything for yourself there was pastries and yogurt to take away. We made eggs and toast and it was perfect.

We had delicious homemade bread for breakfasts. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hygiene products. We were very happy there!

Although the check‑in process is entirely online and there is no in‑person interaction—even the door is accessed through a code sent by text—the system works efficiently. Guests who prefer personal communication should be aware of this fully digital approach. The room itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and impeccably clean. The small kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, which added a lot of convenience. It’s clear that the owner has excellent taste and takes great care in maintaining the space. The location is excellent, and the view from the room was truly impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality.

Cecilia and her family are so incredibly kind and welcoming! She prepares an incredible breakfast, will help you with any questions you have about Puerto Natales and the region, and keeps everything super clean and tidy. We didn't use it much but the wifi was great and the location is close to the coast as well as tons of cute shops and restaurants and the local museum. If you're interested in trail running, she's also a very accomplished runner and has done (and placed in!) almost every race in the area! We couldn't have asked for more.
