I actually saved money thanks to his advice. He's so knowledgeable and prone to help and explain and...I mean, he spent almost a whole day throughout only explaining to guests how they should organize and what should do to avoid overspending and stuff like that. The rest of the staff (volunteers) are also amazing! Thanks Johannah for the cinnamon rolls❤️ The hostel is also great! Is like 3 minutes away from the bus station and 15 minutes from the city center. You have a huge supermarket like 7 minutes away, coffee shops and some restaurants. The views from the rooms are amazing as well! I would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back to PN, there's no other place I'd stay!!! Thanks again for everything, Niko and the staff❤️

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
