There was a balcony with a very nice view of the city. The flat was clean and cozy. The building is modern and felt very safe. Communition with the owner was smooth and he was very helpful.

A really large apartment, all very clean and modern - great bathroom. Very comfy beds. And our host was SO friendly and patient (we don't speak Spanish so Google translate was our friend). We went into winter but can see how lovely it would be with the pool in summer. Lots of safe parking. A short taxi ride from Chillan centre. Definitely recommend.

Very quiet location amongst beautiful trees. The cabin is basic but has everything you need (stove, water, fridge, shower, hot water, cozy bed with lots of blankets, couch, table, parking). The owners always came to stoke the fire when I was away so always came back to a warm cabin

The cabins were enormous. We stayed in one off season and they were cheap. The rooms in the hotel were more standard size. They person who registered us was personable and very helpful.

Such a cosy lodge - it was just the two of us so very spacious, covered parking for our rental car. The team in the reception and cafe were SO friendly and helpful, we felt really at home and could have stayed a lot longer! We booked the hot tub which was great. Cooked a simple meal or two in the lodge and kitchen facilities were good. Absolutely loved it!
