Everything! Especially the staff - Jayson is super helpful along with everyone else who makes you feel like home, safe and taken care of. Also breakfast was delicious. I still miss those dumplings… and I’ve eaten 50+ since I left the property. Location perfect. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant and unique!

Everybody was so nice and forthcoming. We were given Raincoats, hiking sticks and an english map as well as a farewell present! Also it was no problem to leave our luggage with them for free during our night on the mountain and when we decided to spontaneously stay on the mountain a night longer they also were super chill about leaving it longer. We even got to check out a bit later without charge. All in all one of the most relaxed and sweet experiences we had so far. Amazing service as well as clean and comfortable rooms. Also the Hotel is a Café as well with great coffee and matcha :) we were super happy
