The hotel is located in a small alleyway Beijing style, it is very clean and spacious, there is plenty of options of food nearby. The forbidden city, tiananmen square and jingshang park are all in walking distance, but if you dont feel like walking getting a didi into any of these places is very cheap. The staff is excessively polite and helpful, they contacted me multiple times before my stay with tips about visiting Beijing and recommendations for getting around China. A special thanks to Ella, Maya, Medive and Hanna who all made my stay in Beijing extra special. The breakfast is served in a westen style with fresh fruits, bread eggs and yogurts, it is just fine. But sometimes it is exactly what you need after eating too much Chinese food the night before.

Marc is the best host I had so far. He helps you settle in in Beijing quickly and provides you with many good local tips. It features free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. I travel a lot, but I haven't seen such attentive and kind attitude to hotel guests as in Happy Dragon for a long time. And this is combined with fluent English, what is rare for small Chinese hotels. The girls on reception are great! Thank you so much for your support!! Perfect location. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable enough. Quality Prise rate is very good. I definitely recommend it!!
