Fantastic receptionist, great customer service , welcoming morning buffet staff, and the best shuttle bus service available every 30 minutes. The room was neat and clean. It had all the amenities and toiletries .The room service was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus service from the airport is on departure level . Just exit gate number 4 and wait for your bus. Or contact the hotel before your arrival and ask them of the bus license plate number. This place is about 1.5 hours away from the city center by train, depending on where you're going.

Lovely big bedroom and sitting area. Many people have said the bed was hard but we found it very comfortable. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. The breakfast was great, lots of choice with quality dishes.

After travelling over 50 countries and staying at many 5 star hotels, I can safely say this was the best most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met. Ever! I got to the hotel, I didn't have the right cash and they paid for it! Then walked me to halal chinese restaurant and paid for it. Offered to fix my broken luggage, change my currency, print my flight details, call me a taxi, order food/meds to the room when my daughter was sick and finally helped coordinate. My great wall tour, making tons of calls. I have never experienced anything better. Oh they also have a great breakfast, made it halal friendly for us, didn't charge extra when my daughter wanted more hashbrowns, they also packed us some snacks to go for our flight The room is very clean, and you have great shower pressure.
