An exceptionally cozy place in downtown Bejing. Hidden at the end of a small street / hutong, it is quiet, tranquil and welcoming. The rooms are arranged around a central couryard. Everything is nice and tidy, this really feels like a homestay rather than an impersonal hotel. The manager speaks the best English I got to hear in China in my few weeks there, knows everything about Beijing and can arrange anything you'd need. The location perfect, within walking distance from the main Beijing tourist attractions. There are two things to take note of: - The location on Google Maps is incorrect. Booking.com and openstreemaps have the correct location. - The wooden walls open to the courtyard and there is not much noise protection between the public space and your room. I would not go there with a toddler, and you should also stay quiet at late hours in the courtyard itself.

Around a 15-minute walk from the Temple of Heaven, New World Beijing Hotel features guestrooms with WiFi.

Super nice location, lots of restaurants within walking distance, quick taxi to the main attractions, tube to a few significant areas. Staff is amazing, very helpful and approachable! They made our stay very comfy) Breakfast was good and healthy, loved it!

What I like most, is the friendliness of the staff. Always ready to help and give an advice. It is a simple and modest hotel. Not a luxury palace. But it has everything that is needed to make a stay great. The room is warm (it is winter now), the room is clean, the shower and toilet are clean and easy to use. Moreover it is in an excellent location. Near the main pedestrian street, near the National Art Museum (worth visiting), shops, restaurants, even vegetarian places, cafeterias. What I also noticed. The staff care, they now that a foreigners needs special direction to find a place. They are always smiling and helping. I highly recommend it,

Ideally located in the embassy area, Holiday Inn Express is around a 15-minute walk from the popular Sanlitun Bar Street. It provides modern rooms with free internet.
