I had a great stay at this place. The owner was extremely sweet, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Considering the price, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, making it an excellent value for money. The heater worked perfectly, and there was hot water available at all times, which was especially comforting during the cold weather. One of the highlights was the view from the room — I could clearly see the mountains with no buildings blocking the view, which made the stay even more special. The owner also helped me plan and navigate tourist spots, which I truly appreciated. The location is very convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the cable car station, with the main road right outside. Pick-up and drop-off points are easy to find on the map, making travel very smooth. The rooms are located on the 4th floor. Wi-Fi worked well during my stay, and there is a shared dining-table space where you can comfortably have your meals. I had to stay for half a day longer due to my train schedule, and the owner kindly allowed me to stay free of charge, which was incredibly thoughtful and generous. The location is very close to the east gate. The manager organised both transit to and from the train station and was more than helpful with show times and locations. The rooms have a great view of the bridge and heating is more than adequate in winter.

I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.
