Excellent location near Shantang and Lingering Garden. Opposite CC Mall. Top notch modern facilities. Gym, pool, good breakfast with fresh noodles and fruits as well as some western items. The hotel just opened a year ago so everything is new, clean and modern. Flats are generously sized. High quality washer dryers are in each room which are very helpful. Beds are very comfortable. High end branded washing products and house slippers. While the accommodation is excellent, the best thing of all is the staff. All the staff we encountered during our stay (like Adrian) were very helpful and accommodating. We could have a late check out, shower after checking out. They helped with all our requests even though the hotel was very busy. Will be back! My family and I (from Australia, England and Malaysia) really enjoyed our first time in Suzhou.

Tastefully decorated, the room was amazing, the bed incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend the one with the infrared sauna, added a lovely touch. Great location, close to all the main attractions but slightly removed from the overly busy bits, nice food and coffee options nearby too.

The garden, café, rooms, location, and staff were all amazing. In short, it was a wonderful experience. If I had more time, I would definitely have stayed longer, and I would absolutely consider visiting again.

Special mention to the staff, who were super nice and helpful. They helped call a taxi as we didn’t know how, and even taught us how to call an Uber ourselves on the all-purpose WeChat. It was also very easy to communicate as they had a real-time voice translator that was very impressive. The place itself has nice decor and is super close to the metro line, which was very comfortable. Also, there’s a street nearby with plenty of nice places and restaurants.
