super helpful staff, they gave us a very friendly welcome and tips around the area, as well as helped receive a package for us and keep things at the front desk for pickup. there‘s no elevator but they will help you with luggage, and were always very nice. the apartment is located conveniently to the subway and very close walking distance to the gusu old town district where most of the sightseeing spots are. it‘s not directly in the main tourist street tho, so it‘s relatively quiet, and had all the facilities needed. the room was quite big, comfortable for 2 persons. it‘s made of wood and has a modern chinese style interior design. would book again :)

Lovely place to stay when you are in Suzhou. Quiet area, you can walk to the Tiger Hill Scenic area and Shantang Street (30-40 minutes walk). The metro stop is 15 minutes away. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I would book the hotel again if I somehow end up in Suzhou in the future.
