Our room is excellent, very clean and spacious. It is just as in the picture. The ladies at the front desk and cleaning service are exceptionally helpful and kind. There are free washer and dryer in the facility, and a small gym, so it is great for long term stay as us (6 nights). The location is very quiet. The food at the restaurant is good for dinner and breakfast. The room temperature is adjustable, and is very comfortable.

This hotel has been the best of my trip to China, I should have stayed longer! The staff is exceptionally friendly and competent, always eager to help. The rooms are big and beautifully arranged and it is so convenient that there's a cafe at the reception, with a confortable area to hang out. No complaint whatsoever, only praise!

Nice and tidy family-owned accomodation in a heritage site. The hosts, father and son were very helpful in giving advice the moment we arrived, on what tourist places to visit, how to travel around and where to buy fruits as locals around Suzhou.

The location is perfect for the purpose of our visit as it is diagonally across the Suzhou Culture and Arts Centre, about 3 minutes by foot. The Wenhuabolanzhongxin Metro station exit 3 is only 100m away. Gate of the Orient is one stop away on line 1 and it’s very convenient and cheap to travel around on the Metro. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming. Check in was fuss free and front counter staff was friendly and pleasant. I love the big room with a huge bed. We were upgraded to a room that faces Gate of the Orient and Jinji Lake. Superb view! We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay at Novotel SiP Suzhou again if we are coming to the SIP vicinity.
