We were genuinely and pleasantly surprised by this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

Good value for money and very friendly host family. Small room, but with AC and bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price. Highly recommended!

We had the best time here! Charlie and his family will make you feel like home. The cabañas have everything you need: mosquito net, comfortable beds, nice terrace with a view over the lake and most importantly they are clean. I also highly recommend booking your tours directly with Charlie, he will plan out your days perfectly depending on your preferences, so you can sit back and relax - you don't have to worry about planning anything, which was a great plus for us. His guides are local experts so your tours are of highest level for a very reasonable price. Also we had a private guide for all tours, so they were really tailored to us. I would definitely come back, thank you Charlie for everything! 🤠🫶

If you love animals and nature, just go there. The place is full of monkeys of three kinds, parrots, cats, dogs and birds. This hotel is also an authorized wildlife rescue center. The owner is really kind, and made us breakfast every morning with coffee, eggs, fruits and bread even if it was not written that it was included We booked two tours with them: one hike of 5 hours in the jungle and a day tour to Perù to see sloths and lotus flowers. The guide Felix was really kind and helpful, he just speaks Spanish and is really competent. We also rented a Kayak on the river for free. Probably the best place I've ever been.

Really friendly and chilled place. Angel and his wife Diosa were lovely and helped us to get everything we needed for a ferry trip we were taking to Brazil making life really easy for us. Also helped us to arrange local eco tours. Breakfast was also good, as was the refillable coffee and water filter for cold water whenever we needed it. Gracias Angel and Diosa!

We had such a nice room with a balcony and hammocks you could use. It was clean and had mosquito nets. Marine could speak good English which was very helpful for us and her husband and the other lady who worked there were also so nice and friendly. They offer lots of tours which we did three of. We really enjoyed them all, especially the one where we went to Peru and saw sloths!

What an amazing stay here!! I felt like a member of the family, as they offered to pick me up and went out of their way to drive me around so we could find a tricky port on the Brazilian side where I needed to buy my ticket ahead of time, and then dropped me back there the next day, free of charge. Very great care to make sure I was happy! And the AC room was truly appreciated in the heat. This is absolutely the best place to stay and feel at home when you pass through Leticia!!

Leo, the owner of the hotel is so friendly, helpful and kind. He met me at the port and helped me with my bag. Leo is also a guide and took me out on a boat to see the pink dolphins at Lake Tarapoto, and then on to see sloths and other things in the jungle. A fabulous day!!! The hotel is adjacent to the bush. Very peaceful, and a friendly monkey comes every day to accept a banana. Delicious breakfast is available for an extra charge. Leo drew me a map of the village (I’m “old” school, prefer a paper map)😀 My bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Wifi excellent. Puerto Narino is paradise! Thank you Leo for everything!
