United KingdomBest hotel I’ve been to that I can remember! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived every staff member was super friendly. I loved the room, it was so clean with a huge bed. Breakfast was fantastic, loved chilling on the rooftop pool, and hanging out playing games in the lobby drinking delicious coffee. I hope to come back to Cartagena and will definitely be staying at the Oz again

SpainWe absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a beautiful place with an incredible breakfast. The location is perfect, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything.
The room was cleaned twice a day, but the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We traveled with a baby, and they went above and beyond to help us by providing a baby bathtub and a crib in the room, as well as storing our baby’s food for us.
Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We will definitely come back.

big shout out to all the staff including Laura, Camilla, Rafa and Renan (and the rest) who all made the stay even more awesome than it was. Was only meant to be a few nights stay initially but ended up doing around a month. Will definitely stay again!

the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Cartagena de Indias. everything is in walking distance and you can experience the unique atmosphere. The hotel staff is super friendly, attentive and helped us with any enquirries we had (travel to/from airport, excursion to Palenque, walking tours, restaurant recommendations, etc.). We loved the breakfast and enjoyed the drinks in the lobby after an eventful day in the city. Thank you for making this a stay we won't forget!!!!

Everything! Our stay was incredible. 100% recommend. The beach was right at the doorstep. Views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. Such great value for your money.

The staff (Leo, Eimy, Maria, Alba, Christian) were so warm and hospitable and wonderful! We appreciated their care and warmth throughout our stay. The location was great; very close to many restaurants, bars, and local hangouts. Felt safe and homey. Did not want to leave!

One of the best hostel I have ever stayed. A very pleasant, new, comfortable, clean accomodation with helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. There were toiletries in the bathroom. Thw common area was very spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the metro station Poblado and there are supermarkets as well.
