I liked everything! Especially the kindest and most helpful Hotel Manager! The Hotel is located in central position in the old Town close to everything. Also the quality of the breakfast was fantastic! I will stay in the same Hotel again!

The staff in the hotel was truly excellent, very attentive, kind and caring. The hotel itself is pristine clean, on an excellent location. The room and the bathroom were clean, we received several gifts such as local wine and beer. The breakfast was delicious, and when compared to similar small hotels, had a very good choice of tasty food. I've seen some people criticizing the lack of diversity for breakfast however I need to point out that this is not a big hotel chain with hundreds of staff so for us, it was truly great. I've also seen some people criticizing the firmness of the bed but we liked it. Oh and also, the staff was very helpful when we arrived because they helped us to find good places for dinner because during Christmas time a lot of the places were closed. All in all - great stay in Krumlov during Christmas time and it was made even more magical because it snowed.

We were amazed by this hotel, its very good located, with a lot of attractions for kids; outside play ground is small but interesting for kids; alpacas took a lot of attention from the little one; the pools and separation of the pool for the little kids - it was great, i’ve never seen such a great pool for the small kids; there were a lot of additional activities for kids but as we don’t speak Czech we were not participating; food was great, lot of selections and u can make sandwiches for the road; lot of parking spaces; the whole hotel is renovated;
