Everything was just superb! From the recepcion desk, through the waiters at the breakfasts to the employer at the wellness everyone was very kind, professional and ready to help guests. We were feeling like at home, very welcoming and comfortable. Pool is very clear and clean and excellent maintenied, it was a pleasure for me to do my everyday training there after the long stressful day. Worm recommendations for this fantastic place to stay.

The hotel is very well-equiped, the room had a good kitchen and confortable beds. The staff was kind to provide us a baby crib for free. We got a room on the last floor, and it has a nice view of the city. It's a Brazilian-style hotel, so most of the staff speaks Portuguese, which was really nice for us; also, they sell Brazilian stuff like 'coxinhas' and 'Guaraná' (even if it is a bit overpriced, but that's ok). In general, I liked everything and recommend for anyone visiting Ulm -especially Brazilians and Portuguese.
