The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

The Altstadt-Hotel Passau lies in Passau’s historic Old Town, just 700 metres from St. Stephan’s Cathedral. It provides modern rooms, free WiFi internet access and a daily breakfast buffet.

The location is very good, in the old town, very convenient to visit the castle over the bridge and with many very good restaurants around. The room was big, the beds very comfortable, quiet, very clean, good WiFi. The breakfast was excellent, and the 6:30 starting hour was perfect for us, as we were driving early morning to see the WRC CET rally. We were lucky to get a parking spot inside the hotel every night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, lot of space outside and inside. Comfortable beds, quiet. Playground for kids, horses to feed, trampoline. Perfect stopover for us on our Way to Southern part of Europe.

Stunning place with absolutely amazing host. Family who own the business was extremely nice and welcoming. It was pleasant stay , nice, clean and quiet. View was incredible and it was great for family stay. We had our dog with ourselves and they prepare a little treat for him as well. We will definitely try to visit again
