The people who work at reception were very helpful with scheduling tours both in the community and to Chimborazo. Visiting the community is an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff and great food. Outside doesn't look like the inside so we thought we were lost despite being literally outside the front door so trust your nav...you're there. We arrived late so, our fault not theirs. Hosts are wonderful and helpful, secure parking right outside your door and the chalets look brand new and are very comfortable. A convenient stroll to everything in this beautiful town. Breakfast was delicious.

Located in Riobamba, 14 km from San Andrés, Casa de Mármol provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, water was warm with stable temperature, city center in walking distance and Mirna is very welcoming with a lot of good recommendations. You can see the Chimborazo from the terrace!

He helped us book a tour to the lakes, gave us instructions to get to "Nariz del Diablo" by walking on the mountain, and even gave us a lift to the bus station. I highly recommend this place.
