The breakfast and dinner were yummy and ample. The staff went above and beyond. so very kind and welcoming We liked El Vaquero so much, we stayed an extra night. If you can, go on a horse outing with local farmer, Umberto Ortega. An extensive tour with a kind man. Definitely one of the top three experiences during our two months in Ecuador.
