It is ideally located to walk to the waterfront .Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance .

It was sooo nice felt like a slice of luxury in my room in the heart of the town. Breakfast was great. The bed was super comfy and nice bathroom! Staff was super friendly as well.

All rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a safety deposit box. Great, beautiful room. Breakfast was very nice. Also the hosts were very friendly and tried to do all their best to make it a pleasant stay.

The guest house has family rooms. The host was very kind and gave us bikes and snorkels to borrow for free. He also gave us good tips about where to cheap and delicious food. He made our trip to isabela island perfect.

Alexita did everything possible to make my stay amazing. My room was large, the bed comfortable and I had a private ensuite bathroom with a warm shower. The kitchen had everything I needed including a large stove. Drinking water is supplied. Alexita did my washing which was way more than I expected. There was also complementary snorkelling gear when I was there. It is in a very quiet location and only a short walk into town. I walked from the airport as the taxi driver quoted US$50 for a 5 minute ride (it should only be a few dollars) - so ask before getting in. It took me 30 minutes and it is a flat easy walk except the last 5 or so minutes which is up a not very steep hill. An option is to walk into the town (5-10 mins) from the airport and then flag a taxi and ask the price. I was able to walk to all the nearby beaches. Alexita also organised my ferry tickets to other islands. A truly memorable stay.

He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. The owners picked me up from the airport that was a big plus. La Casa de Amelia place is a super clean and comfortable, snorkeling gear ready to use, good a/c, filtrated water for drinking. I was very happy with my stay.
