The host is amazing! Exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, conveniently located to all the village has to offer, and great value. The cleaning staff was terrific, too.

Quiet location out of town, yet just a short walk there for anything we needed. Martin and family are Superhosts, able and willing to support us with any questions or needs, and free with suggestions if we we asked. Daily room cleaning and free laundry service were completely unexpected and so appreciated. The kitchenettes in each room are so practical and helpful. Cute accommodations in a each one different, in this recently redesigned and rebuilt family home.

Casa Galapagos is an excellent accommodation. Priscilla, the host is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. The rooms are well-equipped with a super comfy bed and have an eye for details, such as a USB socket to charge your devices as well as a clothing line in the shower to dry your swimsuits after a day at the beach. The delicious and rich breakfast varies from day to day and is freshly prepared. I can highly recommend staying at Casa Galapagos when being in Santa Cruz.

Great accommodation near the Darwin centre. We stayed before and after going to Isabele and the owners kindly let us store our bags for the few days. The owners were both super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our vacation in the Galapagos and Silvia's hotel was the best by far. It was clean, the room was spacious, the kitchen very well equiped, everything was really well organized and Silvia's welcoming was great. She gave us a lot of tips on what to visit and helped us book the tours. I don't usually write reviews but Silvia and the lady who works at the hotel are so kind and helpfull that I wanted to thank them again via this comment.

Comfortable quiet accommodations a couple blocks from the harbor. Your wishes will be cared for by a family, direct descendants of original sugar plantations. Really amazing how connected they are to the evolution of Cristobal and Galapagos. Walking distance from the airport which we did both directions. This is a true San Cristobal experience. We stayed 7 nights and wasn't happy leaving. My heart wanted to stay. Bed is comfortable, shower and bath very good.

The accommodations were clean and it had a kitchen. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom worked well so that the cool air made its way to the kitchen. The wifi and hot water for showers was very good. I appreciated the coffee and sugar that was made available in the unit.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodations were super clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend Hostal Romy to anyone visiting San Cristobal.
