Jackson was really helpful and organized trips to the volcano and tunnels and rented us bikes for a really good price. The breakfast was also good and the room was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved being close enough to walk to Perla de Concha and the beach by the dock where the penguins hang out. The service was impeccable and staff were available to help organize tours on last minute notice. They allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate the ferry times. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

Rooms are pretty basic but spotless, and I loved having a big bathroom! It's also nice having a coffee shop on the premises. Diego was a wonderfully accommodating host – he was very quick and helpful when I had some special requests – and he makes a great breakfast :)

The turtle farm is 5 km away. Local transfers are offered from the hotel to Isabela Island's pier or to Isabela Island's local airport that is located 2.5 km away. Breakfast was delicious. Best part was the location right on the ocean. Went to sleep each night listening to the waves crash in.
