It is about 10 minutes walking from the center. But I really liked the place I extended my nights.
Cleaning was daily in the room! Here is your staff that is very attentive, friendly and helpful. It is first first care, the staff helped me with all the activities and knew how to help me with a very well detailed and informative map.
And they have free water in the kitchen area, which was very good and useful.
I really recommend it, with them you will not be lost, they will help you, I assure you, thank you very much for all your service and attention.

IrelandExcellent spot just on the edge of town but still so close to everything. It was super clean and the room we got was such a lovely big room at such good value for money. Lastly, Joel and his family were lovely hosts, really willing to help and make things nice for us and help us save money!

They help you with everything you want, Naty even speaks english and translates to other people that can do anything for you (they even took a ride with me to hospital and stayed and supported me! which shows how lovely they are)
Room was amazing, clean, bright, separate bathroom, towels, hot water, air conditioning, quiet & calm during the day and night too. Large kitchen to have breakfast and also water to drink provided. Everything was really perfect.
Location is a bit further from the city but that was much needed for the rest we wanted to have. Actually you can go to the beach which is really close and also go to see some flamingos nearby. Loved to stay close to families living nearby as it really had a true island vibe.

Great location with a supermarket, a pharmacy and some good restaurants within short walking distance, yer quiet. Nice little pool. 5-star breakfast prepared by Diego, the manager, who is the hell of a nice guy and runs the place in a perfect manner.

CanadaThe hotel is lovely and clean. The beach it is on is beautiful. Going to sleep every night to the sounds of the waves, then waking up to the amazing view was worth it. Breakfast was always good and plentiful, and the staff were always helpful. On our last day, they allowed us to have a late checkout, which was much appreciated!

We had the best time at Isamar Hotel. It is only a ten minute walk from the ferry. Situated on a public but quiet beach, with large rooms. Each room bungaglow-style, with huge comfy beds, enough space and windows (at least from our room) allowing you to look directly at the sea.
The staff were extraordinary, super helpful, booking trips and ferries for you, giving great recommendations for trips and to dos on the island. We can highly recommend staying at Isamar. It is hands down one of - if not the one - most beautiful hotel on Isabella.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Starfish. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was a quick walk to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best things was the amazing service by the staff. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had the best time. He had so much information and helped us with tours and organizing activities. He was even so kind as to help us organize tours for our return to Santa Cruz. He truly made our stay spectacular!

The hotel is right on the seafront located near to bars and restaurants. It was very quiet and rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great and most of the staff very accommodating . Soft white sand and clear aqua marine sea. Some big waves but great for a swim and cool off. Lovely quiet beach with more iguanas than people most of the time. A lovely place to stay on the paradise island of Isabella.

Stepping straight out of this B&B onto the golden sand you may have to walk at least 20 feet before the start of the surf at high tide! Fantastic location, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms close to all necessary amenities and close to an easily walkable (100m) range of on-the-beach cocktail shacks and restaurants. Would happily stay here again, ideal for exploring Isabella - but also taking a few beach days out from the whole Galapagos ecological wonder holiday.

Easy to reach and walkable from the pier! Room was clean, although being a bit worn off (which wasn’t a negative thing).
Included breakfast was okay in buffet style.
Friendly instructions from staff on tours on Isabela, as the hotel also includes a tour office (however, definitely worth comparing prices, as they were more expensive compares to other agencies in town)
Right in opposite of the accommodation you can find a small cafe with delicious coffee! Super close to the beach as well.

Excellent attention and disposition of the staff, I wish I stayed longer!!. They waited until the last minute of my stay to allow me to pay with credit card (the system was not working before). Also the location is comfortable and close to everything. Great recommendations too.

Loved my stay here and I even extended it! The hostal is clean, comfy and is in a perfect location. It's lovely to be able to use the hammocks in the beach bar as well. Kitchen was nice and drinking water available and snorkels available to borrow for free. Definitely recommend.
